How to apply Body Coating – The Glass Bottle
Notes before applying:
Please Note: This is a professional product, made for professionals. Always apply Our Nano Coatings to vehicles that have been perfectly polished and is free of any and all scratches, marring or imperfections. Please follow the directions listed here + suggested wipe-down wait times.
– Do not apply under the scorching sun, in the rain, or sub-zero temps.
– Apply only after the auto body has cooled completely.
– Apply by hand.
– Remove any dirt attached to the car body.
– Make sure the car body is dry.
1. Clean Car, Remove surface contaminants and iron particles in the paint using a clay bar.
2. Remove all Scratches and Polish to perfection.
3. Remove any oils left behind from polishing compounds
Only Now are you ready to apply the coatings
1. Pay attention, use great lighting and use the guidelines set here.
2. Place 3 - 4 drops of coating chemical on the sponge (this should cover about half a car door).
3. Apply to the car body 1 square part by 1 square part at a time. Apply the coating evenly is very important. Everyone has a different method. We recommend going in a small area first, then move to other direction. Do this 1-2 times or until you see that the portion you are covering has an even amount of coating applied to it.
4. After applying, wait for some times: When the room temperature is:
a. 10 degrees C (50F),: wait 4 minutes,
b. 20 degrees C, (68F) wait 2-3minutes,
c. 20+ degrees C, (70F+) wait 1-2 minutes
D. If you are at a country of hot climate, always wipe earlier.
Hotter than 25C or 85F wait 20-30 seconds.
Once the time frame has past, use a DRY microfiber towel to polish it into a high gloss. The best time to wipe the surface is when you feel a little resistance. If the temperature is very hot, (90F+) you may want to use an initial damp microfiber towel to remove and then a dry one.Do take note that using a wet towel to moisture the coating will affect the coating durability and effect towards water rise.
5. Do not wait too long time after application to wipe and dry as indication in Step 4, otherwise, when the coating chemical is hardened fully, it is very hard to remove.
If you wait too long and it dries super hard…do not panic. Polish it down using a course cutting polish and a machine polisher.

Please Note: This is a professional product, made for professionals. Always Coatings to vehicles that have been perfectly polished and free of all scratches, marring or imperfections for old paint car. If your car is newly paint with fresh paint then you are good to go for it.
Key points:
1. USE Lots of Lights. The room light should be strong enough, to make sure each part is wiped by towel timely.
2. For big parts like the engine hood, you should divide the area into several small squares to apply the coating. Look into the glare to see if you missed any areas.Always move your head around ot check if miss out any spots.
3. Do not add water any more water to the foam sponge once you start coating the body.
4. Wipe the coating immediately if it adheres to the glass. It not meant to be used on the glass.Unless some others coating in our store can use on windscreen, always check with our support team first if not sure.
5. You should not use the same application sponge or surface of towel to wipe the entire time; you need to change applicators and the wipe down towel often.
The second layers can be applied 30 minutes after the first coat is applied, unless the temperature is below 50F with high humidity. Then wait 1-2 hours to apply the the second Coat.
How to apply second layers coating: **Please be inform that second layer is not necessary, its totally optional upon user preference.
Notes before applying second coat: Please use the Same guidelines as the base coat.
1. Pay attention, use great lighting and use the guidelines set here.
2. Place 3-4 drops of coating on the sponge (this should cover about a 2’x2’ area or 3’x3’ area).
3. We recommend going in a small area by section, Do this 1-2 times or until you see that the portion you are covering has an even amount of coating applied to it.
4. IMPORTANT – After applying, wait for about 1-2 minutes. (if 60F to 80F) Because the surface is much slicker on top than the first coat was on the paint. This is thinner and dries faster. Please be sure you understand this. This is where new installers make mistakes.
Once the timeframe has past, use a DRY microfiber towel to polish it into a high gloss. Use a 2nd clean towel to buff again.
DO NOT PUSH VERY HARD. Move to next section.
5. Do not wait too long time after application to wipe and dry as indication in Step 4, otherwise, when the coating is hardened fully, it is very hard to remove.
Key points:
You should not use the same application sponge or surface of towel to wipe many cars; You need to change applicators and the wipe down towel often. If it begins to dry and harden, it can scratch the surface.
